Returns & Refunds Policy

At dermaV we strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Products may be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
• Proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include the following when submitting a return request:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
Where possible, defective or incorrect items may be exchanged for the same product. If the product is no longer available, a refund or alternative product may be offered.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened skincare products
• Used products
• Products purchased through third-party retailers
• Gift cards or promotional items
6. Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Shipping Returns
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as dermaV cannot guarantee that returned items will be received.
